Aleksandra Smyrak-Sikora and Sebastian Sikora got a daughter on 24 April
RCom (research committee) has made a suggestion for a PhD policy at UNIS, to be handled in the leader group shortly. Anne will send the suggested PhD policy to the candidates, for information.

The PhD students were encouraged to arrange a social event before summer (pizza, barbeque, pub etc. ) The PhD students will send a request to UNIS to see if there are any possibilities to get some funding for this kind of events.
The PhDs wanted to organize a “writing club”, in line with what have been done at the AGF-department earlier.
Next PhD forum is planned in early autumn 2019.
