The minutes from the PhD forum on 05.09.13. was presented and approved.

News from the study administration:

UiT (Faculty of science and technology)

 Deadline for annual progress reports: 1 February, not 1 September as noted on their web page. The web page is now corrected 

UNIS wants an annual report from the PhD forum

 Anne will initiate an evaluation form UNIS PhD strategy to be presented to the board

 The proposed PhD strategy can be found in the papers for the board, case no. 88/2013.

Discussion of article drafts

Srikumar Roy had prior to the meeting sent an article draft. This draft was discussed and constructive feedbacks were given to Srikumar.
