Forskrift om miljørettet helsevern i barnehager og skoler med hjemmel i folkehelseloven
• Formålet er å bidra til at miljøet i barnehager og skoler fremmer helse, trivsel, gode sosiale og miljømessige
forhold samt forebygger sykdom og skade

Plikt til internkontroll §4
• Virksomhetens plikt til egenkontroll og
dokumentasjon på hvordan regelverket etterleves på en systematisk måte.
• Eier har plikt til å etablere et internkontrollsystem
• Leder skal påse at IK-systemet følges opp, og gi
relevant informasjon til elever og foresatte

• Være et naturlig integrert verktøy og hjelpemiddel i den daglige driften

• Leders plikt til å fremlegge nødvendige opplysninger

Viser vei gjennom jungelen av lover og regler om helse, miljø og sikkerhet (HMS).
Revideres og oppdateres jevnlig i samarbeid med tilsynene.

Enkel og praktisk sjekkliste med spørsmål som besvares ved hjelp av trafikklys (grønt, gult og rødt).
