Introduction:

This request template should be used for external renters needing facilities for meetings and events at UNIS. An external renter is defined as any user without access to our

digital booking system, and the event may be defined as a "partnership event" or an "external event"

depending on the user's affiliation. There will be a rental fee according to the room use and renting institution. UNIS does not have any possibilities for other services, e.g. food provision or technical support.

Guideline:

Fill in the template and submit it to: booking@unis.no, and the UNIS contact person, as early as possible before the event. All requests must have an external contact person (the renter), institution and billing address, and a UNIS contact person responsible for the booking process and internal acceptance of the request. Rental outside normal working hours can only be granted if a local contact person at the Svalbard Science Centre with access to the building can open and close the doors. Fill in the dates and time range as precis as possible. The information may be updated until the start of the event, but be aware that a late update may restrict the rental period due to other users.

Submit additional information as attachments if needed.
