6.2.2 Veien videre

Os resultados foram expressos como média ± erro padrão da média (SEM). Para a análise dos grupos controle e tratados foi utilizado o teste ANOVA one way (quando havia apenas uma variável) ou two way (quando havia duas variáveis) com medidas repetidas, utilizando o pós-teste Bonferroni para determinação de significância. Curvas concentração- resposta foram construídas por regressão não-linear para análise dos resultados de reatividade

vascular. Os valores foram considerados significantes quando p < 0.05. Para as análises foi utilizado o programa estatístico GraphPad Prism versão 6.0®.
