Fotomicrografias
Para a visibilização da expressão dos antígenos Ki-67 e c-myc nos lóbulos mamários, apresentam-se a seguir quatro fotomicrografias de duas pacientes.
A Figura 1 apresenta a fotomicrografia de corte histológico de fibroadenoma mamário da paciente RAC, pertencente ao Grupo 1, onde se observa grande número de núcleos Ki-67 corados em castanho, pela técnica imuno-histoquímica em grande aumento (100 vezes), conforme indicado pelas setas.

Na Figura 2 está representada a fotomicrografia de corte histológico de fibroadenoma mamário da paciente HSZ (Grupo 2) que mostrou pequeno número de núcleos Ki-67 corados em castanho, pela técnica imuno-histoquímica em pequeno aumento (10 vezes).

Já a Figura 3 ilustra a fotomicrografia de corte histológico de fibroadenoma mamário da paciente RAC (Grupo 1), com grande número de núcleos c-myc corados em castanho, pela técnica imuno-histoquímica em médio aumento (40 vezes), conforme indicado pelas setas.
