Como trabalhos futuros destacam-se:
Modelar e desenvolver a lógica para troca de pontos, sendo necessário para isso o
desenvolvimento de software embarcado específico para essa tarefa;
Modela e desenvolver a lógica para recuperação de dados, caso o cartão fidelidade
fossem perdidos;
Implementação de mecanismo de segurança em todas as transações ocorridas nos
diversos canais de comunicação para garantir a privacidade dos dados e o sigilo das informações dos clientes e lojistas. Poderia ser utilizada criptografia assimétrica cifrando a mensagem com chave pública na comunicação entre o
Componente de Comunicação presente no PC do lojista e a plataforma de
hardware e entre o hardware e o Servidor Central. Dessa forma assegurando que
a mensagem só pode ser decifrada pela sua chave privada correspondente;
Criação de uma infraestrutura que permita a reprogramação dinâmica à distância
do software embarcado, de forma a permitir correções de bugs, melhoramento de funcionalidades, extensões e alterações de regra de negócio.
