• Establish a training and education program suiting the needs of women leaders in HE in Ethiopia.
• Facilitate a community of practice of leadership among women leaders in academic medicine and health sciences.
• Enable women leaders in HE in medicine and health sciences to inform the leadership-training curriculum.
• Increase the diversity of role models for next generation of academic professionals.
• Ensure high pedagogic and participatory methods in the training program.
