• A produção do reator tendeu a geração de ácidos cadeia ímpar, principalmente ácido propiônico e, além disso produziu bastante 1,3-propanodiol, composto que possui diversas aplicações industriais.
• O alongamento de cadeias carboxílicas produziu mais ácido valérico do que butírico indicando ser melhor para produção de cadeias com números ímpares de carbono.
• A retirada de ácido valérico pelas membranas de extração e o aumento da COV quase dobraram a produção de ácido valérico no reator.
