Apesar de verificadas melhorias em alguns processos, é necessário continuar a desenvolver todo um trabalho para assegurar não só o seguimento das medidas já implementadas mas também para alcançar os objetivos com as medidas propostas.
Assentando na perspetiva de melhoria contínua adotada pela Bosch, sugere-se para o processo de expedição de produto acabado:
Exploração de outras funcionalidades disponibilizadas pelo ALPE-Scan que possibilitam a melhoria e racionalização das operações;
Formação aos colaboradores para as novas operações suportadas pelo ALPE-Scan, seguindo o mesmo plano das formações apresentando na secção 5.1.3;
Criação de folhas de trabalho standard para a introdução do ALPE-Scan nas operações de validação de etiquetas, confirmação da Lista de Carga e criação da OT com fracionamento da unidade de carga.
Relativamente ao processo de expedição de amostras, a análise incidiu essencialmente na melhoria do fluxo de informação e restruturação do layout do armazém 102. No entanto, há aspetos fundamentais a ter em conta, e que respeitam a um maior envolvimento entre a secção da expedição e o departamento responsável pela entrega dos volumes de amostra.
Sugere-se assim a introdução da metodologia Point-CIP entre os dois departamentos, de forma a controlar o número de envios entregues fora de horas e que criam picos de trabalho em horas críticas, bem como outros desvios, por exemplo, os pedidos para faturar posteriormente. A implementação da metodologia irá proporcionar um maior controlo do processo, averiguar se este ocorre de acordo com os standards estabelecidos e, finalmente, a deteção e correção dos desvios.
A reunião Point-CIP irá promover a comunicação regular, facilitando uma análise das soluções, com vista à melhoria dos processos em conjunto com a equipa envolvida.
