Através de investimentos previstos para a Copa 2014 dentre eles: Construção de estádios e entornos, Projetos de Mobilidade Urbana, e Expansão da Rede Hoteleira podemos identificar o impacto direto desses investimentos nos PIBr de cada Estado.

CONCLUSÃO
Esta dissertação propõe-se a avaliar o impacto da expansão de setores da economia brasileira por U.F. (construção civil, turismo, comércio, imobiliário, transporte e comunicação) que provavelmente serão os mais beneficiados com o evento da copa do mundo em 2014 sobre o produto regional de cada Estado.
Os resultados apresentados mostram com base em estimativas de modelos de dados em
painel para os anos de 1992 a 2008 que as atividades que apresentam os maiores impactos
sobre o produto regional são aquelas vinculadas aos setores de imóveis e comércio com coeficientes de elasticidades de 0,399 e 0,263 respectivamente. Observa-se ainda que os setores de transporte e comunicação, construção e turismo apresentam coeficientes de elasticidades nos valores de 0,154, 0,083 e 0,030 respectivamente.
Ante o exposto, tomando como base os recursos destinados aos investimentos na Copa do Mundo de 2014 nos diversos setores por U.F. apresentados na seção 5.2 e conhecendo-se os coeficientes de elasticidades entre os investimentos de tais setores e os produtos regionais pode-se se ter uma noção do impacto médio dos investimentos sobre a renda de cada região, conforme tabela 4.
