Eu, Ana Maria de Carvalho Gomes, estudante de pós-graduação do Mestrado em Educação para a Saúde (Universidade do Minho, Portugal), estou a efectuar a recolha de alguns dados, via correio electrónico, para a concretização da parte empírica da minha tese de mestrado sobre Musicoterapia e Educação para a Saúde.
Neste sentido, venho, por este meio, solicitar a sua valiosa colaboração, enquanto profissional de musicoterapia, para o preenchimento de um breve questionário tipo Likert, incluindo também algumas questões abertas, que visa permitir uma melhor compreensão do meu objecto de pesquisa.

I, Ana Maria Gomes de Carvalho, graduate student in the Masters in Health Education (University
of Minho, Portugal), I am gathering some data, via email, in order to carry out the empirical part
of my Master’s thesis on Music Therapy and Health Education.
Therefore, I would like to ask for your important contribution as a professional of music therapy
to fill in a brief Likert questionnaire. The questionnaire will be divided into two parts: one part
closed and another with open questions, which are designed to enable a better understanding of
my research subject.
