4.3.3 Analyse av intervjuene i Renaa Restauranter
-Verificamos aumento nos marcadores de hiperandrogenismo, resistência à insulina, lipídios séricos e citocinas inflamatórias em mulheres com SOP quando comparado á mulheres controles, conferindo-lhes pior perfil de risco cardiometabólico;
- O pronunciado aumento do dano de DNA nas mulheres com SOP, não foi confirmado em nossa amostra, permanecendo o grupo SOP e o controle com genotoxicidades semelhantes;
- A intervenção dietética reduziu o peso, o IMC, a resistência à insulina, melhorou o perfil lipídico e o hiperandrogenismo nas mulheres com SOP sobrepeso ou obesas, reduzindo o risco cardiometabólico nessas mulheres;
- A intervenção dietética reduziu a genotoxicidade de mulheres com SOP sobrepeso ou obesas.
Assim é possível sugerir que a incorporação de práticas que busquem minimizar a obesidade e melhorar o padrão de consumo alimentar utilizando-se de alimentação saudável, além de serem alternativas de tratamento para redução dos fatores de risco cardiometabólico, também pode configurar uma importante terapêutica para redução da genotoxicidade, conferindo assim, um efeito protetor ao organismo das mulheres acometidas pela SOP.
A partir desses resultados buscaremos investigar, com futuros estudos, quais práticas ou alimentos consumidos, podem influencia na redução da genotoxicidade na SOP, para assim, identificar um padrão alimentar ideal de consumo que minimizem os efeitos maléficos causados pela síndrome e propor condutas que possibilitem uma proteção genômica a essas mulheres.
