Analysen forfatterne har brukt viste at de ansattes oppfatninger og bevissthet om

brukermedvirkning kan måles ved tre skalaer: organisatorisk brukermedvirkning; samarbeid med pasient; og assistert brukerengasjement. Lite brukermedvirkning ble rapportert på instituttnivå. Ansatte rapporterte oftere brukerengasjement på individnivå.
