Sammendrag:

Resultatene fra studien peker på at alvorlig psykisk syke opplever å ha en klar forståelse av hva de sliter med, og hvordan problemene bør håndteres. De har imidlertid en høy terskel for å kontakte hjelpeapparatet, og dette skyldes negative erfaringer og liten grad av brukermedvirkning i behandlingsplanlegging og implementering.
