Quick-guide to creating a new user in NOKUT’s portal for experts, without an electronic ID

If you do not have a Norwegian personal ID number, or a D-number, you have to create a new user in our portal for experts. If you do have a Norwegian personal ID number or a D-number, you should use the login from the list of electronic IDs on the front page of the portal.

If you have to create a new user, you should click on “Proceed to alternative log-in methods” at the bottom of the page.

Then choose “Sakkyndigportal”

To create a new user, click on “Register new user”

Register the required information.

There are rules for how both the username and the password can be composed. You will receive an error message if your registration deviates from the rules set.

Remember to note the chosen username and password.

When you have registered the required information correctly and clicked “Registrer”, you will be able to log in to the portal.

You are logged in, and can register your data.
