Errata

This document contains comments to my master’s thesis from the 15th of May 2017.

The bacteria used in this thesis was based on pre-characterization (16S rRNA sequencing) determined to be the following species: Leifsonia sp. and Polaribacter sp.

As bacterial identification was not a part of the work with the thesis, this was not conducted for the two strains that were used (see page 19 of thesis). However, after the thesis was completed, in a continuous project the glycerol stock of M10B719 (genus: Leifsonia) has further been studied and checked for purity. The purity/identity check showed that the stock was contaminated by two other species, in addition to the Leifsonia: Shewanella sp. and Serratia sp. The extracts produced are therefore a result from these three bacteria.
