Após as devidas autorizações, foi possível desenvolver este programa na Escola Superior de Tecno- logia e Gestão e na Escola Superior de Turismo e Tecnologia do Mar, ambas do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria. O programa de formação encontra-se neste momento na sua fase final, tendo já decorrido 3 sessões, faltando apenas a derradeira sessão.
Os participantes são voluntários que demonstraram interesse em participar, após divulgação da ini- ciativa junto da comunidade académica.
CONCLUSÃO
Espera-se com este programa de formação contribuir positivamente para o desenvolvimento da competência de Tomada de Decisão em jovens adultos, nomeadamente no contexto de ensino su- perior. Efetivamente, este programa, assume um caráter inovador, tanto por ser único em portu- guês, como por incluir um conjunto de ferramentas que permitem a qualquer jovem ultrapassar a sua potencial indecisividade.
